The cost per office visit for a minor procedure in addition to screening exams $250.00 plus $40.00 dollars per additional screening exam.
Without subscription, cost of medications for treatment is extra.
With subscription, cost of medications for treatment included.

Subscription benefits are effective after 6 consecutive months of 40.00 payments OR initial payment of $240. 00. This allows you access to medical care for minor medical problems, without the expense and long wait times of the emergency room visit. NO DIFFICULT PAPERWORK. MOST VISITS LESS THAN ONE HOUR.
MINOR PROCEDURE=LACERATION REPAIR, ABSCESS DRAINAGE, CYST REMOVAL, INGROWN TOENAIL REMOVAL.
SCREENING TEST=DIABETES, SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE, PEPTIC ULCER, HIV, STREP THROAT, INFLUENZA, URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS, PREGNANCY, CHOLESTEROL, AND OTHERS.
